The only "problem" is that the stand elevates the 27" iMac too high. I found I had to look up to see the screen. This issue was discovered too late. Had I waited to order the stand until after I had received the iMac I would not have ordered it. Unfortunately, I did not do that. I have requested a return authorization because I cannot use the stand.
Update (11/21/19): After an email exchange with the seller they suggested sliding the iMac under the ProBASE. While, perhaps not ideal, it does work. Based on this interaction I can both recommend the ProBASE X and the seller.
Update (12/9/19): Been using this for a while now and have upped the rating to 5 stars. The base is solid and serves as a secondary desktop. While my iMac 27" sits under the base, the bottom edge of the screen sits comfortably just above. This gives me a nice work surface for "supplies" I keep near my work place. The slide out drawer holds a spare 2 Tb portable HD and it's cable quite comfortably. The only port on the right that I have not used is the ethernet. All other ports work very well. None of them will provide power to a device such as a CD drive but will power a USB portable HD.
The interaction I have had with the vendor has been excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend this base!
