Customs Fee
You might be asked to pay customs duty or value-added tax by the customs of your country. MONITORMATE will not refund these charges. We have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as they are based on the tax laws of different countries. We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.
Policy for Returns and Exchange of products
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return an item: Please contact our Customer Service team to receive the procedure for your country.
If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will refund you within 10 business days upon reception. The items will go through a Quality Assurance test. If the items have clearly been used or damaged, we will not be able to refund the products. Refunds are for items only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are happy to exchange any product within 7 days if the products are in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
